Refund policy

At Discount Furniture, we take pride in providing quality products and professional service. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us immediately upon delivery or opening.

  • Inspection at delivery: All items are carefully inspected, All Photographed, before and during delivery. Please check your order upon arrival and note any issues on the delivery paperwork. 

  • Keep original packaging: For any damage or defect claims, the original boxes and packaging must be kept. Claims without packaging cannot be processed.

  • Assembly & use: Once the item is assembled or used, it is no longer eligible for damage or defect claims.

  • Next steps: If you experience an issue, call us right away at 909-704-3348 with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Assembly and upstairs delivery service are an extra fee as stated in checkout. Must get in contact with store after purchase to set up service.
